Adding DOTS Connect Meeting

1. Log in to the DOTS Connect platform
2. Click 'Admin' on the organization card you wish to integrate Zoom with.
3. In the sidebar, click on 'Events'.
4. Select the event you want to add the Zoom integration to.
5. Click on 'Meetings' and then click the 'Connect Zoom' button to authorize the app.
6. After authorization, click 'Meetings' again to see your Zoom meetings integrated with the DOTS Connect application

Using the DOTS Connect Meeting App in DOTS Connect Platform

Once integrated, you can perform the following actions:

1. Create New Meetings
   • Click on the 'Meetings' section.
   • Use the provided interface to create new Zoom meetings directly from DOTS Connect.
2. Delete Meetings
   • Navigate to the 'Meetings' section.
   • Locate the meeting you wish to delete and use the delete option provided.
3. Copy Meeting Link
   • Find the desired meeting in the 'Meetings' section.
   • Use the copy link feature to easily share the Zoom meeting URL.
4. Set Active Meeting
   • In the 'Meetings' section, select the meeting you want to make active.
   • Use the 'Set as Active' option to allow users to join if they are logged in.
   • Active meetings can be viewed at the event page wherever the Zoom component is added.
5. Disconnect Zoom and deauthorize the DOTS Connect Meeting app
   • Click on 'Meetings' section
   • Click on the 'Disconnect Zoom' button
   • Confirm deletion by clicking on 'Disconnect'

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions:

1. Unable to connect Zoom: Ensure you have the necessary permissions in your Zoom account. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in to both DOTS Connect and Zoom.
2. Meetings not appearing: After connecting Zoom, if your meetings don't appear, try refreshing the page or disconnecting and reconnecting Zoom.
3. Unable to create meetings: Verify that your Zoom account has the necessary permissions to create meetings. Contact your Zoom administrator if needed.
